1. This product requires self assembly and the specifications are disclosed in detail in the box. By purchasing, you agree that the product specifications meet the requirements. If there is any reason to return the product after unpacking and assembling, a product refurbishment fee of $60 will be charged.
2. After unpacking all the products, please be sure to check all the parts/accessories. If there is any shortage or damage, please contact customer service within 7 days.
3. Please keep the original packaging for exchange or return.
4. If you need to return the product, please repackage the complete product (including accessories) and return to the iBookiee Bookstore, Richmond, BC at your own expense. Please contact us before returning the product.
5. When purchasing online, there be may variations in product colour due to different screen brightness and resolution. If you have any doubts, please fully understand before purchasing.

- 愛塔豬只接受以下原因進行退換貨:對未收到/原封不動商品改變心意之退換貨、愛塔豬人為疏失造成商品損壞或產品錯誤。
- 商品瑕疵損壞: 1. 書籍內頁外頁有摺痕或污漬但不影響閱讀: a)在大溫地區內的客人可以來書倉換貨但不予以退費，若書倉沒有現貨書可供更換，須待下批進貨時予以更換，或是選擇退還書籍原價30%折損費。b) 在大溫地區以外的客人: 因為距離甚遠，退換貨不易，書籍有摺痕但不影響閱讀之商品不得以退換，愛塔豬將退還書籍原價30%折損費。2. 書籍內頁因裝訂錯誤，蟲蛀，污漬而影響閱讀，或有聲書無法運作: a)大溫地區內的客人可以來書倉換貨，或是選擇退費。b) 在大溫地區以外的客人: 因為距離甚遠，退換貨不易，此類瑕疵商品不得以退換，愛塔豬將退還原價100%損壞費。
- 若非收取錯誤商品並拆封則無法將商品退回退款。
- 如有商品需退換貨時，所有運費均由顧客負擔，在退回商品運輸過程中有損壞或遺失愛塔豬不提供退款及更換商品，愛塔豬不予以退款負責，請顧客仔細衡量後再下單。
- 愛塔豬了解顧客們突然對商品改變心意想退回，我們接受於下單付款後的7天內將原箱未拆封沒有使用痕跡的商品寄回並自行負擔寄回運費，收到貨品無恙則會立刻退款；若愛塔豬接收訂單還未將商品寄出則可立刻退款。
