At iBookiee, we understand that sometimes you may need to return/exchange products. We want to make the return/exchange process as convenient as possible for our valued customers. Please review our return/exchange policy guideline below.
- iBookiee only accepts returns and exchanges for the following reasons: 1. The products must be unused, in tis original condition and in the original packaging. 2. The return request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of receiving the products.
- Product defects and damage: If you receive product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or additional information to assesses the situation. 1. Creases or stains on the inner and outer pages of the book, but it does not affect reading: a) Guests in the Greater Vancouver area can come to our bookstore in Richmond BC to exchange the goods, but no refund will be given, if there are no books in stock for replacement, you can choose to wait for our next order shipment. Or you can choose to refund 30% of the original price of the book. b) Customers living outside the Greater Vancouver area: Due to the distance, it is costly to ship the products back to us. Therefore, books with creases that do not affect reading cannot be returned or exchanged. iBookiee will refund 30% of the original price of the books after receiving proof of picture. 2. The inside pages of the book are affected by binding errors, stains, or the audiobook is not working: a) Guests in the Greater Vancouver area can come to our bookstore to exchange or choose to refund. b) Customers outside of the Greater Vancouver area: Such defective goods cannot be returned or exchanged. iBookiee will refund 100% of the original price for damage after receiving the proof of picture.
- Items cannot be returned for a refund unless the wrong item has been received.
- If there is a product that needs to be returned or exchanged, all shipping costs will be responsible by the customer.
- If the returned product is damaged or lost during transportation, iBookiee will help you to work with shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that iBookiee will not be responsible for any errors or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
- iBookiee understands that customers suddenly change their minds about the products and want to return them. We will accept the products in the original box with no signs of use within 7 days after placing the order, Customers will be responsible for return shipping fee. After receiving the returned products in good condition, a refund will be made.
- If you receive the wrong product (please do not use it and contact us immediately within seven days from the date of receiving the items.
- iBookiee will issue a refund within 10 days after confirming receipt of the item.
- All special offers are final sale and non-refundable.
- iBookiee has the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet any of the product return and exchange terms.

Step 1: Please contact ibookiee:email@example.com and explain the reasons of returning/exchanging the products
Step 2: Pack it and send it back to us at your cost
Step 3: iBookiee will make a refund within 10 days after receiving the product, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
